You retain ownership of recipes you create in the app. You grant us permission to store and display them while providing the service.

- Recipes in HeDian are for reference only and do not constitute professional drinking advice
- Please drink responsibly. Underage drinking is prohibited.
- We are not liable for consequences resulting from the use of recipe information
- We don't guarantee uninterrupted service and may pause it for maintenance

## Service changes and termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. Significant changes will be announced in advance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
